 Basic Party Package

Hosted by your choice of * character and a Phoebe the Clown assistant
1hour of activities listed below as well as set up
              and clean up of party area

                     

Includes a choice of 4-5 activities for up to 18 children *including  the Birthday Child.
                Choice of activities are:

               *Face painting   *click here for face painting pics
                *Balloon twisting (upon availability. *Melissa does not do balloons due to her latex allergy)
               *Games with prizes for everyone  ~game choices vary upon age of children
               *Craft projects   (additional $1 per child)
               *Story time
               *Sing a long / finger puppets
               *Parachute play
               *Dancing
               *Limbo
               

    Birthday child receives a small gift presented to them by the character.

1 hour party $175 *one character / additional character $65 extra per character / per hour
 *additional children over 18 limit $10 each
   *1/2 hour add on $75  *can add 7 children


1 1/2 hour party for parties of 25-30 children $245 *one character / additional character $65 extra

*The request of Melissa (The Owner of Phoebe the Clown & Friends)
to do your show is based upon availability. She only books 2 shows a day.
~She is also the ONLY one who be performing as Phoebe the Clown *<:O)
and will perform as any of the characters upon request.
                                      

         Deluxe Party Package

 Let us take care of almost all of your party details.
With our Deluxe Party Package you will not have to worry about a thing
the day of the party! We bring everything including the cupcakes, table decorations
    and party goods we even bring the candles!

Let's face it, parents today are busy people and planning a party can be
an overwhelming task. Invitations to address and mail, RSVP's to follow up on
and then there's the shopping, all added to your already busy schedule.  
Simply send us your guest list and we will do the rest.
Let us take care of all your worries and relax with our Ultimate Party package.

            Royal Party Package


Are you a Parent who is always busy serving food, cleaning up and taking care of details
during the party and missing out on your child's special day?
This year, you enjoy the party and let us take care of the details for you.
You are free to take pictures, relax and share in the magic of your little ones special celebration!             


Includes everything for the Basic, Deluxe and Ultimate Party Packages plus:

Assistants/Servers to assist with cake time
                                 *
             Gift Presentation Ceremony
 with guest name and gift list recorded for you
                                 *
          Complete party area clean up
    (vacuuming & trash removal included)

Note: The Assistants/Servers will stay an additional 1 hour
 after the character entertainment has left
     for the cake time, gifts and clean up.
